A soft place to land after holding everyone else together.
Next available circle: 4/18/26
This is for you if…
You leave your shift carrying weight that wasn't yours to begin with.
You replay conversations. You second-guess yourself. You feel the compassion fatigue creeping in, but you don't have the words—or the space—to name it.
You're functioning. You're performing. But internally, you're running on fumes.
You don't need another productivity hack or a faster morning routine.
You need permission to exhale.
What this circle is
This is a nurse-informed, virtual support space designed to help you decompress, regulate your nervous system, and feel emotionally held after your shifts.
It's not therapy.
It's not clinical supervision.
It's not a venting free-for-all.
It's a gentle, boundaried container where nurses gather to release what they've been carrying—and return to themselves.
Led by a psychiatric nurse who understands the emotional labor of this work, each circle is trauma-aware, non-clinical, and designed to support your nervous system without requiring anything from you but presence.
What happens inside the circle
Each session gently includes:
- Grounding practice to bring you back into your body
- Guided emotional decompression with structure and safety
- Reflection prompts to help you process without pressure
- Optional sharing in a boundaried, respectful format
- Gentle education on stress, burnout, and emotional regulation
- Closing affirmation to carry you forward with softness
You don't have to speak if you don't want to.
You don't have to fix anything.
You just have to show up.
What you'll walk away with
After each circle, you'll feel:
- Lighter — like you've set something heavy down
- Seen — by people who understand what you carry
- Regulated — with a calmer nervous system and clearer mind
- Supported — in a space designed just for nurses like you
- Less alone — because burnout doesn't have to be endured in isolation
This is your emotional reset. Your soft place to land. Your weekly exhale.
